Privacy Policy for WeighMI
This privacy policy is applicable to the WeighMI app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was created by Mathias Wagner (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided by the Service Provider at no cost and is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information is essential for providing the services and improving the user experience. The data collected may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
- The operating system and device model you use on your mobile device
- Personally Identifiable Information: To enable core features, we collect your Email address, the Google Advertising ID (for ad personalization), and your Purchase History (to manage virtual goods).
- Processing of Health Data (Weight & BMI): The Application allows you to enter your weight to calculate the Body Mass Index (BMI) and track your progress.
- Local Storage: All entered weight data and calculated values are stored exclusively local on your mobile device. No transmission of this personal health data to the Service Provider or external servers takes place.
- Non-Medical Disclaimer: The calculated values and statistics are provided for informational purposes only. The Application does not provide medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment. Use of this app is not a substitute for professional medical consultation.
Third Party Access & Services
The Service Provider may share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies. Below are the links to the service providers used:
- Google Play Services: Used for authentication and core Android functionality.
- AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may use the Advertising ID to serve relevant ads.
- Google Play Billing: Used to process in-app purchases safely. We do not store your financial details.
- Google Analytics for Firebase: Used to analyze user behavior and app performance.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Used to collect crash reports to fix bugs and improve stability.
Data Retention Policy & Opt-Out Rights
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us at info@wagma.de.
Children's Privacy
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent becomes aware that their child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately for deletion.
Security
We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process. However, please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Diese Datenschutzerklärung gilt für die App WeighMI (nachfolgend „Anwendung“) für mobile Geräte, die von Mathias Wagner (nachfolgend „Dienstanbieter“) als Freemium-Dienst erstellt wurde. Dieser Dienst wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt und ist für die Nutzung im Ist-Zustand („AS IS“) bestimmt.
Erhebung und Verwendung von Informationen
Die Anwendung sammelt Informationen, wenn Sie diese herunterladen und nutzen. Diese Informationen sind für die Bereitstellung der Dienste unerlässlich. Die gesammelten Daten können Folgendes umfassen:
- Die Internetprotokoll-Adresse Ihres Geräts (z. B. IP-Adresse)
- Die besuchten Seiten der Anwendung, Uhrzeit und Datum Ihres Besuchs sowie die auf diesen Seiten verbrachte Zeit

- Verarbeitung von Gesundheitsdaten (Gewicht & BMI): Die Anwendung ermöglicht es Ihnen, Ihr Gewicht einzugeben, um den BMI zu berechnen und den Verlauf zu protokollieren.
- Lokale Speicherung: Alle eingegebenen Gewichtsdaten und berechneten Werte werden ausschließlich lokal auf Ihrem mobilen Gerät gespeichert. Es findet keine Übertragung dieser Daten an den Dienstanbieter oder externe Server statt.
- Kein medizinisches Produkt: Die berechneten Werte dienen ausschließlich zu Informationszwecken. Die Anwendung bietet keine medizinische Diagnose oder Behandlung. Die Nutzung ersetzt nicht den Besuch bei einem Arzt.
Zugriff durch Dritte und Dienste
Der Dienstanbieter gibt Ihre Informationen nur auf die in dieser Datenschutzerklärung beschriebene Weise an Dritte weiter. Die Anwendung nutzt Dienste von Drittanbietern, die eigene Datenschutzrichtlinien haben:
- Google Play Services: Notwendig für die Infrastruktur der App.
- AdMob: Wird zur Anzeige von Werbung verwendet. AdMob kann die Werbe-ID nutzen.
- Google Play Abrechnungssystem: Zur sicheren Abwicklung von Käufen. Wir speichern keine Finanzdaten.
- Google Analytics für Firebase: Zur Analyse des Nutzerverhaltens.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Zur Erfassung von Fehlermeldungen bei Abstürzen.
Datenspeicherung und Widerrufsrechte
